I noticed this earlier with set in stone not showing, i thought someone just accidentally removed it but now threat of infection is missing instead, i think its a limit to how many things can be shown at the same time, so we may just have to add a 2nd dropdown for more recent events

This is still a problem, for me currently it's missing power of images and threat of infection
The link above will tell you what to get next, but tldr is that most of the items in the augmentations console are useless so once you get the few that have a big impact on progression you should get the ones that give secret achievements
As for the ones that boost objects in the beyond that are currently useful for you (assuming there are any), well since getting a single epic card level from a blue star/black hole (which is very likely if you haven't gotten them before/are in the stage where the augmentations console boosts for the beyond can actually help) could be a similar effect to it but affecting ALL generators (if blue star, from ranks 1-17, if black hole, from ranks 18-max(26 atm), so you should only get the ones that don't cost darwinium
Tldr after those first 3 (squid, capybara, volcano) the augmentations console is pretty useless, so the only things that really matter are the ones that allow you to get secret achievements, and the ones that boost beyond don't help for that long and are MUCH less effective then just getting a blue star/black hole in almost every case, so only get the ones that don't cost darwinium

The most important things to get first are giant squid/capybara (squid requires 2.516e51/2.516 Hdc/2.516 MM entropy to be useful, so if you don't have that then get capybara first) then volcano

That was visible in the beyond beta to help with finding bugs, now it's supposed to be dev only, but it was accidentally added back in an update, but it should be gone in 28.77

Its 10 because there's no reason to do it earlier, but you could probably do it at prestige 0 with enough diamond geodes (i spent way too much on them at prestige 10 and got 200 gigas in like 10 minutes)
That's pretty normal, the gold achievements for the last generators always take a long time. you could try to get black holes for cards that will speed it up, but that's only a good idea if you have a ton of darwinium with nothing to spend it on, cause it's just a achievement, and you might not even get that much of a boost if you're unlucky
Is it the one at the top of this page? (the resetting your save data, then restoring from cloud, so you can reuse codes and other stuff one) i'm pretty sure a lot of people already know about that one
You probably need capybara & giant squid from the logit store (the upgrades they unlock give a massive boost to glires & jellyfish) the upgrades from the giant squid are better, but they cost more, so i usually hear people recommending capybara first, so it doesn't take as long. the capybara upgrades for glires will cost a total of 9.65e48 (9.65 Qdc in standard/normal, 9.65LL in custom) entropy, so if you can't get that much then you probably need something else

I don't see the ears, also it is in the same spot as the bird upgrade is, so i doubt its anything else, but i will check on a test save just in case

Its supposed to be only once, but a bug caused it to happen everytime, i just did a simulation restart to check, and it appears to have been fixed
You have to buy them in the reality engine (unlocked after getting singularity) then you click on the new icon near the 2x speed boost one (should be near the bottom left corner of the screen, doesn't appear in the reality engine)
I obviously wont just upload random images for unreleased stuff in the game, (what would even be the point of that?) i will only upload images of stuff i can find ingame myself (infact afaik there's not any unreleased images in the files atm, out of curiosity i decided to see what might be there, but there doesn't seem to be anything that isn't just unused from a long time ago)
