I recently encountered a bug I hope the developers are going to resolve soon when I opened the mesozoic era (done a million times) and my game straight up reset (530h lost). I looked up on the internet but nothing seemed to help. Here's what worked for me:

-Go to Android>data>com.computerlunch.evolution>files (you might have to open it with a specific app, Files should work)

-Important: do this ONLY if you can see the .restore files have the same creation time of the non .restore files because it means they are all already corrupt, hence useless (this was my case).

Move out of the folder these files:

savedGames

savedGames.restore

savedGames2

savedGames2.restore

savedGamesDeepBackup

ATTENTION! The Data folder and its subfolders are protected by andorid. Once you delete or move a file out of it you won't be able to put it back in without pain and suffering (I won't explain it here).

-You will see a bunch of savedGames_Backup files. Find the most recent one but previous to the reset by checking the date and time of creation, not its number. For me it was savedGames_Backup_2.

-Rename the file like this:

savedGames_Backup_2>savedGames (if there is .gd at the end, keep it: savedGames.gd)

-Launch the game

-The game could tell you there is a conflict between local saves and cloud saves: choose to UPLOAD your LOCAL saves TO the cloud (otherwise you'll download again your corrupt files).

-Enjoy.

I could tap on the animals so I got some achievements that I couldn’t get unless I progressed further so that’s kinda cool

I found a strange phenomenon that giant Jupiter appearing in constellation section.

Later, I found orbits of planets too.

So I opened up the game and saw a new upgrade for fish, and was like 'oh cool they updated the fish' so i bought it then saw another and another then i unlocked a leopard shark? Then I saw other upgrades around it that I can't unlock yet.

What did I do?

Is it related to Mesozoic valley? (I just got prestige 2)

How do i get the rest of the upgrades?

I am moderator of Cell to Singularity page on speedrun.com and wanted to ask here when timer for singularity starts: since game loading or since the first input (click), but I remembered, that I can check it in run videos and understood that timer starts when you entering evolution tree, clicks before it didn't starting the timer.

A: is there a limit to Prestige? Does it just go forever?

B: How many Prestige do I need to get 200 Giganotosaurus?

So i recently finished Beyond E24 and now i have calculated at the current income it will take 19 DAYS to get the gold achievement for the Horse Head Nebula

Does anyone have any tips?

I found a good way to farm Darwinium that gives like 170 in like 5 min, should i post it or keep it to myself?

The Rank 23 bat was there as early as 2021, as shown in this video. Bats don't require any Mesozoic Valley levels to unlock, so this doesn't make sense.

How do I get it?
