Amphibians are the 15th Life and the 3rd Land generator obtained in the Primary Simulation's Main Tree, which can generate Entropy EntropyEntropy. This generator was added during the 2025 Reality Reboot update.

Description[]

"Being anamniotes, most amphibians hatch from eggs in aquatic environments. Whether the species remains there or transitions to a more terrestrial lifestyle, it still heavily depends on water for every life stage."

Upgrades[]

Amphibian has 17 upgrades, increasing the generator efficiency with a total x745.65287 multiplier.

Icon Name Description Cost Efficiency Requires
Amphibian Leaping Leaping The tailless body and extendable legs of a frog allow for remarkable mobility. Leaping patterns vary from species to species. whether they be short, consecutive hops or a mighty jump twenty times their body span. EntropyEntropy 6.00 E101 15% Amphibian
Amphibian Limb Regeneration Limb Regeneration By nurturing a collection of cells under fresh wound skin, salamanders can regrow lost limbs. Some newts and axolotls can even regenerate their jaws, spinal cords, and parts of the brain. EntropyEntropy 1.30 E104 30% Amphibian
Amphibian Frog Frog Alongside a viscoelastic tongue, sticky spit is a frog's secret weapon. Its saliva is briefly watery when its tongue hits the target. When its prey is coated, the frog's spit turns thick and syrupy to prevent escape. EntropyEntropy 3.60 E102 20% Leaping
Amphibian Bullfrog Bullfrog Named for the mooing of a cow, bullfrogs employ their distinctive croaks during mating season. The male Indian Bullfrog overpreforms by also temporarily turning his vocal sacks blue and his skin yellow. EntropyEntropy 2.16 E103 25% Frog
Amphibian Bumpy Bodies Bumpy Bodies No- touching a toad does not transmit warts. Technically, toads don't even have warts. They instead possess parotoid glands that secrete a milky alkaloid, called bufotoxins, to defend themselves from predators. EntropyEntropy 7.78 E104 35% Frog
Amphibian Toxic Warning Toxic Warning One of the deadliest animals in the world, poison frogs metabolize their venom from toxic mites, ants, or beetles. Pair it with aposematic coloration, and these frogs visually explain why they should be left alone. EntropyEntropy 4.67 E105 40% Frog
Amphibian Salamander Salamander Fire is the element of the salamander in mythology. Dwelling in forested areas, they would seek shelter in fallen trees. Humans would burn these logs, astonished by lizard lookalikes emerging from the flames. EntropyEntropy 2.80 E106 35% Limb Regeneration
Amphibian Toad Toad While toads are a type of frog, they have short hind legs and no webbed feet. They often walk since swimming and leaping are more taxing. Running away is not an option, so they camouflage well in foliage and dirt. EntropyEntropy 1.68 E107 30% Bumpy Bodies
Amphibian Semi-Aquatic Semi-Aquatic Most salamanders form gills as larvae, though a newt loses them and takes to dry land after a few months. She later returns to the pond to lay eggs, individually tucking them underneath leaves on the water's surface. EntropyEntropy 1.01 E108 25% Salamander
Amphibian Neoteny Neoteny While newts pursue a semi-terrestrial life, other salamanders biologically rebel. They do this by maintaining larval traits, such as external gills or dorsal fins, in order to remain aquatic for their full lifecycles. EntropyEntropy 6.05 E108 20% Salamander
Amphibian Newt Newt Commonly found around the world, these semi-aquatic salamanders typically small. Averaging 8-12 centimeters in length, their size is ideal for sneaking into crevices or under rocks to hibernate. EntropyEntropy 3.63 E109 30% Semi-Aquatic
Amphibian Shovel Feet Shovel Feet In order to avoid extreme temperatures, rain frogs can dig holes 20-40 centimeters deep. They use their metatarsal tubercles, hardened heels on their rear feet, to shovel backwards into the dirt. EntropyEntropy 2.18 E110 40% Frog
Amphibian Diminished Sight Diminished Sight Certain caecilians have their eyes covered by skin or bone- if they even have eyes at all. While this limits their vision to only sense light at best, the extra layer proves helpful when it's time to burrow. EntropyEntropy 1.31 E111 50% Amphibian
Shovel Feet
Amphibian Rain Frog Rain Frog These members of the genus Breviceps live primarily underground. They usually emerge after a refreshing summer rain, eager to eat and find mates. Once a new love burrow is made, fertilized eggs are laid inside. EntropyEntropy 7.84 E111 60% Shovel Feet
Amphibian Giant Salamander Giant Salamander Also the world's largest amphibian, the Chinese giant salamander secretes mucus with notable mending properties. It contains a mixture of bioactive compounds, healing wounds faster and cleaner than common hospital tools. EntropyEntropy 4.70 E112 70% Neoteny
Amphibian Olm Olm Dwelling in dark, wet caves, olms are completely blind and lack pigmentation. They have sensitive hearing to locate prey, but food is scarce. If worst comes to worst, they can go without eating for up to ten years. EntropyEntropy 1.50 E114 80% Neoteny
Amphibian Caecilian Caecilian Evolutionary enigmas, caecilians are limbless amphibians with multi-rowed fangs. Most species are also capable of giving live birth. Recent DNA studies show that caecilians have likely existed for over 270 million years. EntropyEntropy 6.50 E115 400% Diminished Sight

Achievements[]

Icon Name Description Requires
Achievement Tasty Titbid Tasty Titbid Most amphibians are indiscriminate carnivores. While insects are a diet staple, different amphibian species have been documented to eat mollusks, crustaceans, small lizards, mice and even other amphibians. 50 Amphibian
Achievement Throat In My Frog Throat In My Frog A frog uses its eyes in order to efficiently swallow. Pushing them towards the roof of its mouth, the eyes force the prey to slide down the frog's throat. This method helps make bigger meals achievable. 100 Amphibian
File:Achievement May I Have This Dance?.png May I Have This Dance? Some newts, like the Great Crested, dance as a form of courtship. The male grows flamboyant frills on his tail and flourishes it in the pond. This display will determine the female's decision to accept him or move on. 250 Amphibian
File:Achievement You're Making Me Blush.png You're Making Me Blush In their natural habitat, axolotls are a greenish brown with dark speckles. They are bred in capitivity to exhibit a variety of colors, though they are most commonly known for being leucistic with light pink skin. 500 Amphibian
File:Achievement Mother's "Milk".png Mother's "Milk" The ringed caecilian is the only egg-laying amphibian that lactates. Like baby birds, newborn caecilians beg their mother for food. She offers a fat-rich fluid, causing them to double in size the first week after birth. 1000 Amphibian
