Eukaryotic Cell is the 4th Life and the 4th Primordial Soup generator obtained in the Primary Simulation's Main Tree, which can generate Entropy EntropyEntropy. Eukaryotic Cells, also known as Eukaryotes in the domain Eukarya, are cells that evolved to be more complex than prokaryotes.

Design[]

This generator contains a partly dissected model of an animal cell, with nuclei, mitochondria, cell membranes, cytoplasm, golgi apparatus and lysosomes. It is the final generator in the Primordial Soup habitat and bounces around an invisible sphere wall. Clicking on it prompts a continuous bubbling sound.

Description[]

"The prokaryotic cell's more complex cousin, eukaryotic cells have a nucleus to store genetic information. Fungi, plants, animals, and protozoa are all built of eukaryotic cells."

Upgrades[]

Eukaryotic Cell has 4 upgrades, increasing the generator efficiency with a total x1.7856e13 multiplier.

Achievements[]

Icon Name Description Requires
Achievement Powerhouse of the Cell Powerhouse of the Cell Eukaryotic cells contain organelles, including the nucleus, chloroplasts, and mitochondria. Did you know the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell? 50 Eukaryotic Cell
Achievement Eukaryotic Ephemera Eukaryotic Ephemera The concept of the eukaryote has been attributed to the French biologist Edouard Chatton (1883—1947). 100 Eukaryotic Cell
Achievement Pump Up the Volume Pump Up the Volume Eukaryotic cells are typically much larger than those of prokaryotes. They have a volume of around 10,000 times greater than the prokaryotic cell. 250 Eukaryotic Cell
Achievement True or False True or False The word "eukaryote" comes from the Greek words meaning "true" and "nut". 500 Eukaryotic Cell
Achievement Big Cell in a Small Town Big Cell in a Small Town Despite the fact that eukaryotes make up a small fraction of all life on Earth, their large size means that their collective biomass is equal to or greater than that of all prokaryotes. 1000 Eukaryotic Cell
