Reality Engine is the superdimensional interface of the AI supercomputer Semblance, who is running the simulation in which the game takes place. There, you can spend 
Metabits & 
Knowledge to purchase upgrades that increase the simulation's performance in a variety of ways. It can only be accessed after rebooting for the first time.
You can also view statistics about the different simulations, stacked bonuses and a lot of other information as well as the Terminus Chamber.

Reality Reboot[]
On January 24, 2025, the January 2025 chillstream was streamed by the developers. There were small details about the Reality Reboot, being a sneak peek of the update and the message from the developers: "It is going to be related to endgame content."
On March 12, 2025, the Dev Diary about Reality Reboot was released. There were key elements announced about this update, as following:
- New way of progression (players can unlock Reality Engine faster)
- Reboot Sequence
- Compiler System
- Entrobits and Ideabits
- Stackable Upgrades
- New Augmentations and Darwinium Upgrades
- Revamped Terminus Chamber
Since May 29, 2025, the Reality Reboot has become publicly available through public alpha testing, and can be accessed through the Cell to Singularity Discord Server.
